Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to provide unparalleled one-on-one Home Care to a patient in Houston, TX. This role requires a committed Registered Nurse with direct care experience in a critical care or intensive care setting.

Requirements

• Assess patient needs during each visit and provide ongoing care according to caregiver, and doctor(s) plan of care.
• Deliver nursing care to a patient in an intensive or critical care environment.
• Collaborate and communicate with patient's care teams such as the caregivers, physician, and other medical providers associated with your patient.
• Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
• Participate in the development and revision of patient assessments and care plans.
• Utilize appropriate resources to meet patient needs including administration of medication and aiding with additional care as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Experience in providing direct care to acutely and/or critically patients.
• Ability to accurately monitor and record vital signs of patients.
• Familiarity with respiratory therapies and tube feeding procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
